Bio
I created Freckled Bloom Yoga in 2021 to hold a safe space and build trust with those seeking calm in everyday chaos. The beauty is that I'm able to bring this intentional movement and mindfulness directly to YOU without the confinement of one single space. Community offerings allow me to be in schools, businesses, the park, ZOOM, and beyond. My home studio, in SUMMERVILLE, is available for small group workshops & private YOGA or REIKI healing sessions. It's my intention to share these tools of resilience and healing while remaining INCLUSIVE, ADAPTABLE, AND ACCESSIBLE to your needs.

I've been teaching yoga since 2019 and hold a specialty certificate in children & special populations. My own curiosity and passion for Energy and Sound work has integrated itself into my practice through REIKI & SOUND IMMERSIONS, commonly referred to as "sound baths". My first yoga teacher, Mary Beth, describes my personality as infectious. It's true, I'll talk to everyone in the most authentic way recognizing your spirit and presence because YOU MATTER.
When not on my mat, you’ll find me outdoors where I feel most connected to the vibration of nature and myself or creating healing vibrations with my singing bowls. I live in Summerville with my husband, our son (Clemson student), and our cat, Rosie.
